Article 2 – Consumer Legal Capacity

1. The consumer acknowledges that he/she has full legal capacity under Sharia and law to engage with the store, or that he/she is at least 18 years old.
2. In case of any violation of this Article, the consumer bears full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

Article 3 – Nature of Commitment

1. The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the agreed-upon product(s) or service(s).
2. The store may also offer additional services, such as after-sales support, depending on the type and nature of the purchased product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Rules

1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing any product or service, the consumer shall not use it in a way that violates public order or Saudi regulations.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Article 7 – Amendments and Fees

1. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
2. This Agreement — as amended from time to time — defines the terms of understanding between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees depending on the products or services requested or any applicable government fees or taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or modify any applicable fees or charges at its discretion.

Article 8 – Payment and Settlement Services

Article 10 – Store Liability

2. The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors, negligence, or third-party actions (such as shipping companies).
3. The store guarantees that all products and services are lawful, authorized, and used for legitimate purposes under Saudi law.

Article 11 – Account Restriction or Termination

The store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a consumer’s membership or access to the platform at any time and without prior notice, for any reason.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully subject to Saudi jurisdiction.

Article 13 – General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding until further notice from the store management.

This Agreement — which may be modified from time to time — represents the full understanding and contractual relationship between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree on the following:

1. Arabic is the authoritative language for interpreting or translating this Agreement.
2. All product and service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Promotional or marketing offers are temporary, and the store reserves the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
4. Both parties shall conduct their dealings in compliance with Islamic principles and Saudi laws.
5. This Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management.
